Each terminal is locally monitored with recorded security systems, and our National Operations Center adds a second layer of security oversight by centrally monitoring each location. The loss prevention professionals at Forward Air Solutions (FAS) utilize their training, compliance audits and process integration experience to proactively remove the possibility of an incident before it occurs.
Forward Air Solutions facilities feature controlled access to authorized personnel only through Biometric and/or Card Scan systems, with full-time Security Guard yard control in many locations. Strong security systems and adherence to processes – including specialized Slam Locks on equipment doors – create a secure environment during the delivery process. The final step in product control comes with our in-store package scanning conducted by uniformed drivers.
