Security CenterEach Forward Air Solutions warehouse is designed to secure the thousands of packages we handle each day.  Protecting our customers’ products from damage, delay and loss is a mission each employee is trained to regard as their top priority.  Every terminal is locally monitored with recorded security systems backed by our National Operations Center that centrally monitors each location adding a second layer of security oversight.  The Loss Prevention professionals that work for Forward Air Solutions bring their experience to bear before incidents occur through training, compliance audits and process integration with our customers.

All Forward Air Solutions facilities control access to authorized personnel only through Biometric and/or Card Scan systems with full-time Security Guard yard control in many locations.  Our investments in security systems and adherence to processes create a secure environment for customer’s products during the delivery process including specialized Slam Locks on equipment doors.  The final step in product control comes with our In-Store Package Scanning conducted by Forward Air Solutions uniformed drivers.
